Using materials that include silks, cottons, papers, and beads, with techniques such as low water immersion dyeing, painting, stenciling, printing, embroidery and applique, I create richly textured collage and fiber works that explore our uneasy relationship with nature, and the ways in which we create and are created by our environments  and histories.
